EDITAL PARA OCUPAÇÃO DA GALERIA MÍNIMA 308

O grupo Coletivo 308 faz saber que se encontram abertas as inscrições para os artistas interessados em expor seus trabalhos em 2009, na Galeria Mínima 308.

Serão aceitas propostas nas modalidades: artes visuais (fotografia, arte eletrônica, objeto, instalação,gravura, desenho, pintura, escultura.As propostas serão avaliadas por uma Comissão do Grupo Coletivo 308.

As inscrições deverão ser feitas mediante a apresentação de proposta acompanhada dos seguintes documentos e informações:

a) currículo artístico;
b) imagens das obras a serem expostas e suas características técnicas.
c) dimensões máximas de 5 x 5 cm para obras bi-dimensionais e 5 x 5 x 5 cm para obras tri-dimensionais.Para Instalações, medidas máximas de 15x15x15 cm.

Em caso de grupos, um dos proponentes será o representante do grupo/coletivo perante ao grupo Coletivo 308, para todos os fins de direito.

TERMO DE PARTICIPAÇÃO

1 - DISPOSIÇÕES PRELIMINARES

Este Termo de Participação contém as normas e diretrizes que orientam a utilização da Galeria Mínima 308 pelos artistas selecionados para o Programa de Exposições - 2009.

A observância rigorosa dos termos nele estabelecidos constitui responsabilidade da Comissão de Seleção e dos artistas interessados em utilizar as instalações da Galeria Mínima 308 para exposições.

2 – OBJETIVO

As exposições da Galeria Mínima 308 têm como objetivos principais
promover e divulgar as diversas manifestações nas artes plásticas e visuais, estimular a pesquisa e oferecer espaço expositivo

3 - CLASSES DE EXPOSIÇÕES

As exposições na Galeria Mínima 308 serão classificadas como Exposições Individuais ou
Coletivas.

4 – CONFIRMAÇÃO DA EXPOSIÇÃO

A exposição dos trabalhos selecionados só será confirmada após a assinatura deste Termo de Participação, por meio do qual o artista expositor expressa, por escrito, conhecer e concordar com as normas e disposições nele contidas.

5 - ENTREGA DAS OBRAS À GALERIA

Cada expositor deverá entregar seus trabalhos via correio (SEDEX) à Galeria Mínima 308, da forma como foram apresentados na proposta de participação selecionada, com antecedência mínima de três dias úteis, a contar da data prevista para a abertura de sua exposição, conforme ofício que será enviado a cada artista selecionado.
A observância desse prazo é de suma importância para viabilizar a montagem da exposição.
Após o término da exposição, os trabalhos enviados passam a fazer parte do acervo do grupo Coletivo 308

6 - OBRIGAÇÕES DA GALERIA MÍNIMA 308

Os artistas selecionados terão à sua disposição:

- todo o espaço da Galeria;

- a montagem e desmontagem física das obras expostas, obedecendo à supervisão de um funcionário da Galeria Mínima 308 – coletivo 308.

- divulgação institucional e promocional dos eventos, através do blogger do Grupo Coletivo 308;

- a Coordenação da Galeria de Arte emitirá certificado de participação aos artistas expositores.

7 - OBRIGAÇÕES DOS ARTISTAS

São obrigações dos artistas expositores:

- fazer chegar à Galeria Mínima 308, por sua conta, as obras a serem expostas;
- a seu critério, providenciar o seguro das obras;
- acompanhar a montagem da exposição via on-line e definir sobre o arranjo de seus trabalhos no espaço da Galeria;
- cumprir os prazos para entrega das obras a serem expostas, bem como aqueles relativos a
disponibilização de material e informações necessários para a produção do material de divulgação, a ser
combinado com a Coordenação da Galeria.

Não será permitida a realização de coquetel ou outro evento na abertura da exposição.

8 - DISPOSIÇÕES FINAIS

Compete à Coordenação da Galeria Mínim a 308 a administração e supervisão de todo o processo de exposições, inclusive a divulgação junto aos artistas dos termos e normas que regulam a seleção dos trabalhos e a realização da exposição das obras selecionadas, orientando-os no cumprimento de suas obrigações e no exercício de seus direitos. Durante a realização das exposições, a Coordenação da Galeria de Arte se reserva
pleno direito de fiscalizar o cumprimento das normas. O grupo Coletivo 308 designará seus agentes de vigilância e segurança patrimonial para zelar pelas exposições, mas não se responsabilizará por eventuais furtos ou danos às obras expostas, que devem estar seguradas.
Os artistas expositores deverão fornecer à Coordenação da Galeria de Arte a relação completa das obras

Nenhum artista selecionado poderá repassar a terceiros, no todo ou em parte, o espaço a ele liberado para a mostra de seus trabalhos.

Casos omissos a neste Termo serão resolvidos pela Comissão de Seleção e comunicados às partes interessadas,
por escrito.

O artista doará as obra(s) exposta(s) para o acervo do Coletivo 308.

Não será permitida a comercialização de obras expostas.
Concordo com os dispositivos constantes neste Termo de Participação e, baseado nele, apresentarei minha
proposta de participação no processo de seleção para o Programa de Exposições 2009 da Galeria Mínima 308 do COLETIVO 308

CALL FOR OCCUPATION OF MÍNIMA 308 GALLERY

The group Coletivo 308 is interested to know that they are open to applications for artists interested in exposing their work n 2008, the Mínima 308 Galler y Proposals will be accepted in the ways: visual arts (photography, electronic art, object, installation, engraving, drawing, painting, sculpture. Proposals will be evaluated by a commission of the Group Collective 308.

Entries should be made through the submission of tender documents and accompanied by the following information:

a) curriculum artistic;

b) images of the works to be exposed and their technical characteristics;

c) maximum dimensions of 5 x 5 cm to two-dimensional works and 5 x 5 x 5 cm for tri-dimensional works. Installations maximum measures 15x 15 x 15 cm;

For collective exhibitions, a bidder will be the representative of the group before the group Coletivo 308, for all purposes of law. Proposals must be sent by mail at:

TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

1 - PRELIMINARY PROVISIONS

This Statement of Participation contains standards and guidelines that guide the use of the Gallery of Art From the artists selected for the Programme of Exhibitions half II - 2008. The strict adherence to the terms set out therein is the responsibility of the Selection Committee and artists interested in using the facilities of the Minimum for Exhibition Gallery.

2 - OBJECTIVE

The Exhibition MÍNIMA 308 Gallery Coletivo 308 have as main objectives promoting and disseminating the various manifestations in plastic and visual arts, to stimulate research and provide an alternative space for artists and students of art for free and without any fee.

3 - CLASSES OF EXHIBITIONS

The exhibition in MÍNIMA Gallery Exhibitions will be classified as travellers or Collectives.

4 - CONFIRMATION OF EXPOSURE

The exhibition of selected works will only be confirmed after the signing of this Statement of Participation, through which the artist exhibitor expressed in writing and agree to meet the standards and provisions contained therein.

5 - THE DELIVERY OF WORKS GALLERY

Each exhibitor must deliver their work via mail (FEDEX) to the Mínima 308 Gallery, the way they were presented in the proposed participation selected, at least three working days from the date scheduled for the opening of his exhibition, as that letter will be sent to each artist selected.

The observance of this period is of paramount importance for achieving mounting the exhibition. After the exhibition, the work submitted will become part of the acquis of the group Coletivo 308.

6 - OBLIGATIONS OF MÍNIMA 308 GALLERY

The selected artists will be available:

The entire space of Gallery; -- Assembly and disassembly of the physical works exposed, according to the supervision of an official of MÍNIMA 308 Gallery - coletivo 308. -- Institutional and dissemination of promotional events, by blogger Group Coletivo 308; -- Coordination of the Art Gallery of issue certificates of participation to artists expositoress.

7 - OBLIGATIONS OF ARTISTS

These are obligations of artists exhibitors: -- Getting the Mínima 308 Gallery of Art, on their behalf, works to be exhibited; -- At its discretion, provide the insurance of the works; -- Monitor the assembly of exposure via online and set on the arrangement of their work in the space of the gallery; -- Meet the deadlines for delivery of works to be exhibited, as well as those relating to provision of material and information needed for the production of the material from disclosure to be combined with the Coordination of Gallery. It will not be permitted the holding of cocktail or other event at the opening of the exhibition.

8 - FINAL PROVISIONS

It is for the Coordination of Mínima 308 Gallery the administration and supervision of the whole process of exhibitions, including the dissemination to the artists of the terms and rules governing the selection of the work and the realization of the exhibition of works selected to guide them in fulfilling their obligations and in the exercise of their rights.

During the realization of exhibitions, the Coordination of Gallery of Art reserves full right to monitor compliance with the standards.

The group Coletivo 308 designate their agents and surveillance assets to ensure the safety exhibitions, but is not responsible for any theft or damage to the works exhibited, which should be insured. The artists exhibitors should provide the Coordination of Gallery of Art to complete the works No artist selected will pass the third, in whole or in part, the space it released to the exhibit of their work.

Omission cases in the term will be resolved by the Selection Committee and communicated to the interested parties, in writing. The artist donate the work (s) exposed (s) for the achievements of Coletivo 308.

It will not be allowed to trade in works exposed. I agree with the devices contained in this Statement of Participation and, based on it, my present proposal to participate in the selection process for the Programme of the 2009 Exhibition of Mínima 308 Gallery - COLETIVO 308
